U should not take orders if something is not in stock . When you don’t have something just simply put out of stock and not accept payments

Hi there. I do apologize for any inconvenience. However, we keep it on the sites because we know we are going to get the product back in and we take preorders on the products. That way when the product does come back in, we ship it out as soon as possible.

Worst experience I have ever had with a supplement store. I have ordered twice through them and the first time they sent me the wrong product, but then after calling and waiting over a week they sent me the right thing. The second I ordered with the 2 day shipping time the sent me the wrong thing again. When I called on a Monday they said that the would send me the new product by Wednesday but it never came. When I called to voice my dissatisfaction all that "Amber" would do was send me a shipping label to send the product back so that I could get my refund. Terrible experience I would not recommend shopping through this website to anybody.

Hi Micah, I apologize for the experience you had. The label of the product that you ordered changed, so technically you did receive the correct item. When we receive your package back to our facility, we will issue you a refund. Again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
