The good- it is easy to order and I have always received exactly what I ordered with no surprises. Communication with the help services is usually quick and clear, unfortunately I had to use them too often. Bad- I've ordered 2 times and each time the shipping has been severely delayed with no compensation to my shipping costs. 1st shipment they did not read my apartment number and it was returned to the company. Second time it was sent to Puerto Rico!!! I live in Florida. No real reason for the delay, I even confirmed my address was valid after I made my purchase. It was over a week later than the projected delivery date. Why did I pay for that shipping?

Took you guys two weeks to ship my order, no notification or anything. I contacted customer service and they said it would ship out the next day (even though they already said it did weeks ago) cause they were waiting on one of my items (that was suppose to be in stock when I ordered). However on November 19th, you guys said my shipping label was applied to my order and sent out in Illinois. Iv spent way too much money on your site to be pushed aside, who knows how long it would have been before you actually contacted me. I will not be purchase from your site again.
