I like the prices on here, especially protein powder because my family goes through a lot and I can still get quality stuff here. The selection of various products seems to be lacking compared to other discount supplement sites that I have used. I wasn't able to find everything I needed on here. As for the items I did order, the main supplements that I needed were on extended back order from the manufacturer. I was not told about this until over a week later when it was already supposed to be delivered so that really impacted my fitness regimen. They did refund me for those items promptly, which was great. After waiting another week or so for my order to arrive, finally, it was not packaged very well. There was no packing material in the box to protect the items and some of the products were dented and/or cracked. I also didn't receive any complimentary products or free samples like the website says. Also, I would NOT recommend ordering the Dymatize super aminos caplets! First of all, I must have misread the description because I thought they were capsules. Secondly, they are the biggest pills I have ever seen in my life! Whoever made them did not take into account how anyone would actually be able to take them. I cut one in half and it was still far too big to get down. It got stuck in my throat and wouldn't budge. It was actually really scarey! And I have never had an issue with swallowing pills! Definitely AVOID THESE AT ALL COSTS! So, I wasn't too happy with my overall experience here. The protein seems good for the price, but they just don't really have what I need and their packaging and customer service needs some work!

I found out after I ordered my products that some of them were out of stock. I emailed them and got a reply quickly as to what was happening with my order. The company was nice enough to send me some extra products since my order took longer than expected. Good experience I will order from here again.

First order my supplement store was prompt in getting my order to me. My second order before I heard anything I had to call two weeks later on when I placed the order, I was told by representative that one product was on backorder, no email to notify me of the delay. It's been a month now and I still haven't received my order. Not happy at all!

To summarize, mysupplementstore was what I found. It has the trusty supplements I use and free shipping doesn't require me to spend triple digits. My first purchase had a shipping delay, but the live chat window on the homepage was there, I inquired on my order status, recieved a prompt response and was very satisfied. So the help is very professional, friendly and prompt. First impressions of this website is outstanding.

I recently ordered several bottles of a supplement I hadn't tried before. Turns out, I didn't care for the product. My Supplement Store was easy to reach and I was able to return the unopened product and was issued a prompt refund for the returned items. This was my first experience with My Supplement Store - but it won't be my last. Just proves the old adage: The best way to keep a customer: treat 'em right.

They have a great selection however, they really need more name brand products.
