Good product and fast shipping

Slowly seeing results, not hungry but not losing weight like they say i would.

I put in a PO Box as the address and when I looked in my account it said there was an error and it couldn't be shipped. An inquiry came back that it was because the system didn't recognize my address. It arrived in good time. It was the exact right address though so obviously their system needs to be updated. The actual protein tasted poor and had a darker color than the competitor protein, which is the same unflavored protein with nothing added. The competitor protein tasted much better with the exact same preparation. This confuses me and makes me question the quality of this product. I don't remember my first order tasting or looking that way, but I may have gotten use to the competitor protein (Jarrow), which is what I'm​ going back to. I wouldn't buy again or recommend. $180 is too much to spend on something that tastes bad and doesn't have to.

Awesome customer service. I ordered online and the order went through but they found out they were out of the item... instead of just making me wait, they called me back by phone immediately to see if I still wanted the order. They shipped overseas to me and it took almost no time to get here!
