Good first experience

Order was shipped out a week late to out of stock product but situation was resolved quickly and compensated me with free samples of pre-workout for the inconvenience. Very good communication on their on status of order. Would recommend and will use again. The fact that when I ordered and the product said it was in stock and it wasn't is the only reason keeping my review from being a 5 star great customer service all around.

I purchased two items, only to get an email a week later finding that one of them was unavailable. Rather than refund that portion, they cancelled my whole order and refunded it all, but I couldn't find that out until another week later when the refund hit my account, in spite of me emailing and asking.

Great place to get your supplements!

I was very dissatisfied with my recent purchase from mysupplenentstire.com.the process of ordering was fast and easy. However, the delivery part was a horrible. Upon my order completion I was told my order would be delivered between 2-6 days. On day 6 I yet to receive my order. On day 7 I called customer service and they told me my pre workout was back ordered. At no time was I ever notified about this and honestly not getting my order messed up my pre workout cycle. On day 10 or 11 is when I finally received my order. Everything was good until I realized my BCAA order did not cone with a scooper. Very inconvenient so now I have to eyeball the dosage. I don't think I will order from this place again seeing how my overall experience was unacceptable.
