i made an order on #100137348 (placed on May 9, 2017 3:17:44 PM CDT) on 30 may i send and e-mail to have some information about my order but i dont received any answer and i'm not received the mail "Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order." . no good

HI Alessia, We received your email on May 30th and responded yesterday. With the holiday weekend, we were very backed up. When you placed your order, it states up to 21 business days delivery to your country. I believe our customer service team has also updated you with the status. Thank you, My Supplement Store

Fast shipping, but discount offers come after placing an order...
I order from this store on a regular basis and they always send offers for discounts AFTER I have placed an order - and the discounts are often very restrictive. Who wants to spend another $100 after I just spent that 4 days prior?!

Hi, When you checked out through our website, we do state 7-21 Business days for delivery to your country with the Economy Shipping option you chose. It usually takes less time, but can sometimes be held up in customs, which is why we say up to 21 business days. It has only been 11 business days so far. We would give it a little more time. Lipodrene Elite is Great supplement
Lipodrene Elite is an awesome dietary supplement without the jittery side effects do many have!! It suppresses my appetite and cuts cravings for sweets and carbs. I take one in the am and one after lunch. If taken after 2:00 pm or so can be difficult to fall asleep but overall great product!!!

First time ordering from this company
First time ordering from this company. Took approx a week for my order to arrive. The one tub of protein that I really wanted was on back order so they called me approx 3 days after my purchase to tell me that and have me choose another flavor. I only received a small sample of pre- workout with my purchase. Very disappointing experience. I thought they would at least send me something else to make up for not having the product that I initially ordered. Much better companies out there to order from. I won't be ordering again.
