My product hasn't arrived yet and it cost me much more than expected.
I haven't yet received my products and after sending several mails to the seller no answer has been given. I discovered that UPS only delivered the product half the way, the other half is in charge of another company which cannot give the tracking number because the seller must give me this. Furthermore, the purchase was about USD 70.00 but after checking my credit card, I realize that I had been charged more than USD 80.00 because the seller made currency exchange from USD to PEN and then back to USD.\ The worst experience I ever had had online, I will never purchase from this site again.

Hi Jair, I looked into this order. We do state that it will take 7-21 business days with the economy shipping you chose. This is why it was only $10.85 to ship to Peru. I would still give it a few more days to come in. Because it is Lipodrene, sometimes customs in other countries have problems with it. As for the currency conversion, I will contact our 3rd party processing company about this and see why this was the case.
