This company is the mist awesome and professional excellent service and awesome products .

Had several interactions with customer service over a single order, First the “in stock” item was unavailable and they called me for a substitution. Second I got an email message my order was delivered - but was delivered to another state based on the tracking. I called customer service after I noticed this (responding via email per their message wasn’t great - one email was answered promptly, a couple were not). The rep switched tracking numbers on my order, telling me the tracking number was wrong. A few days later, I got a package - containing another customer’s order. Another call to customer service and apparently my order is on the way. The phone experience can be frustrating as they call and leave a message but apparently no waiting on their system, so you call back and leave them a message to call you (and leave another message?). Also phone hours are not great, 8-5 CST M-F only. The reps were pleasant enough, whole thing was a big hassle though.

It's kinda pricey but does give you a non-jittery boost during your workout. Just sip through out your entire work out. But it also makes you thirsty so have plain water to drink along with this.

They don't notify you if the product is out of stock until after you contact them a week after it's ordered. Especially when they say 3-5 days it would be shipped with a shipping confirmation email. Product arrived 2 1/2 weeks later. I will not order again.

I takes long from the US to Denmark, but because of the email confirmations, it was all worth it. :) Best Mads
