The product came. The service was good. The constant contact and personal attention was appreciated. The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 was the shipping. I normally get my products from another company, but they don't carry monster plexx. The other company I normally order from uses fedx and I get it next day. This order took 4 days though u.s. mail, and it's the same distance from my home.

Ho fatto un ordine tre mesi fa ma ad oggi non ho ancora nulla. A richiesta di informazioni si nascondono dietro alla dogana italiana ma mi sorge spontanea una domanda, se sanno di non poter vendere prodotti in Italia per quale motivo incassano e spediscono ugualmente? Purtroppo si tratta di venditas illegale senza rimborso ATTENZIONE!!!
