Monique worked closely with me to adjust quantities, explore different logo and imprint options, consolidate our quotes, and keep the complete order within our budget. She even identified an available discount and adjusted the order so we could maximize the number of promotional items while staying within our spending limit. What I appreciated most was her attention to detail and willingness to work through every question and change without making the process feel difficult. I tried to place an order and the coupon code I had wasn't working. I tried to use the chat feature, but it's all AI - no one answered. I received an email the next day indicating that someone would get back to me, but no one has. I also have not received the image proof for my order so that I can approve it and it can start production.

Corrie is the best person to deal with at this company. She keeps me up to date on new products and helps me with my orders to make sure I have plenty on hand for both of my businesses.
