Your sale rep was very polite, just spoke a little fast and I had a bit of trouble understanding everything she said. Part of that could have been my fault as I didn't have my hearing aides in at the time we talked.

It's strange that a customer cannot see their product image as they customize it in order to judge the placement of text and image. I tried to have a mockup emailed to me but that didn't work either. The shipping costs seems way too high, too. I may find another vendor next year.

Being able to easily place my order and speak to a human. However this last order of pens do not seem to be as well made as the tip unscrews and the spring pops out. This has happened to about one in every five pens I've used. Hopefully they're not falling apart from my customer and the second half of my order yet to come maybe is better quality? I've continued to order the same pen because of its quality, the comments I received on how great it writes so if it is self-destructing upon use could pose a problem for future orders.

I love the quality of the items ordered and response time from the team. I do wish the online ordering system would have our order history available so that a reorder could be done from there instead of email.
