The background on the 2027 calendars is the wrong color. I spoke to Gabriel yesterday and he was very nice and agreed to make the correction at no cost to me. The downside is that the estimated arrival date of the replacement calendars is Dec 30! That unacceptable. I requested an arrival date of no later than Nov 30. It appears I'm being penalized for an error done in production!

I HAVE ORDERED FROM THIS COMPANY TWICE, AND BOTH TIMES I HAVE BEEN INVOICED AFTER ALREADY PAYING. I CONTINUED TO GET LATE NOTICES AND HAD TO SEND THEM A COPY OF THE RECEIPT TO GET THEM TO STOP BILLING ME. THEY ARE SCAMMERS, AND THIS IS THE LAST TIME I ORDER FROM THEM

We ordered calendar books for 2027, as we have done for more than 20 years, with your company. We received a complete different format than what we ordered. We would like to return the box, and get a credit, as we just placed a new order for the calendars we originally ordered.

Really negative, unfortunately. Placed my first order and had a very bumpy experience. First of all, I ordered some lollipops that were listed as available on the website, but got contacted about a week later saying that product was not available and I had to pick another one, which was of course more expensive. The approval process was just painful, getting it wrong time after time. Finally the lollipops were delivered and turned out fine. I thought it was just a coincidence and my first experience was not the best so I gave them a second chance. And for my second order, same thing. This time the website promised a delivery date, but turns out the shipping date is 3 days after the promised delivery date. Plus, they got the design wrong again. Just save yourself a headache and find another vendor. Putting an event together is already difficult enough.

takes too long to get our product. 4imprints is about 7-10 days. you on the other hand takes 1-2 month.

Placed an order on May 1st 2026 and thought I paid at that time .. apparently did not, but did pay on July 20 2026?!? On Aug 19 sent email asking where is my order? Was given a case # on Aug 19 which said I would hear back in 2 business hours. Today is Aug 24 and still have not heard anything? Today the 24th I have called twice.. once was put on call holding and then hit hung up on and once left my # for a call back well over an hour ago and still no response … Could someone PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON?

This is the second time I've had to use my appointed representative, Analise Chua. Both times she has been difficult to understand via email and on the phone, she is not clear or direct. My company has been using Myron for over 20 years with Bert who has since retired. The first order I tried to place with her, I ended up cancelling because she didn't understand my request. We went with another company. I am afraid she does not understand my simple request again, so we may be leaving Myron soon unless we can get a new representative.

could not order product; need human
