Your website is NOT user friendly
Your website is NOT user friendly. I can't use it at all. The chat comes up and I do not want to chat and there is no way to remove it from the website. It covers more than half the page and I can't search for anything because of that chat thing. I don't want help I want to look. Keiry Mendoza is VERY helpful, but sometimes I just want to look.
