Online appointments are easy to schedule and the medication shipping is fast and reliable. The only thing I would change is the refill process. I would like it to be eaiser to ask for a quick consult if and when needed and the option to upload a picture of the current medication and dosage rather than having to type it all out. Overall, a great experience.

These folks are pretty incompetent, and struggled to fulfill my order in a manner that the product would arrive during a week I wasn’t traveling. Since the products are temperature sensitive, they cannot be left sitting in a mailbox unrefrigerated for days and days. Basically threw away $300 If they can’t get them communications for delivery right, makes me wonder about their actual pharmacy trustworthiness as well.
