Took my money and didn’t ever send my order. Impossible to get in contact with anyone and when you try and contact them through their website, they never respond despite stating that they would get in touch within one day! I now have to do through the hassle of claiming the money back through my bank. Avoid at all costs!!!

Hi, Thank you for your response. Of course I checked my junk mail before posting a review it would be remiss not to. There is nothing in my junk mail from you as you have not responded. Please don’t pass the buck of your failings on to me and insinuate I’m unable to manage or check my email account. Again this is more evidence of poor customer service and a lack of humility. Kind Regards Ian If I could rate a zero I would! Placed an order on the 28th April. I was very excited to purchase what has proved to be a difficult replica shirt to buy. Unfortunately I have had no communication since initial acknowledgement of order. I have since emailed for an update of the order and though the website states a response within 24 hours I have had nothing. The company was quick to take my payment, it’s a shame they don’t value that customer expenditure. Very poor experience.

Over Christmas I spotted a Napoli Maradona styled shirt on my retro jersey. Immediately ordered it. They were out of stock but hoped to be back in soon. During this time their website was down for maintenance but they continued dialogue with me throughout. When the shirt arrived it was more than I’d hoped for. Genuine article with Napoli printing on the back. Will definitely use them again.

The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Amazing selection of shirts, quick responses from the company and the top quality jersey was delivered very quickly. I will definitely be purchasing more shirts in the future

Excellent….ordered just after Christmas and emailed enquiring as to when I could expect my top. They replied instantly with a tracking number and was able to see where it was and when to expect it…arrived today and great quality and delighted with it….will 100% order from here again.
