Ordered 12 days ago, haven’t received any dispatch email so reached out to the company and haven’t heard back. They took the payment straight away however it says on their website is the item isn’t available they will remove the pre-authorisation. Just want my order Still haven’t received a tracking number even though you say it’s attached to the order?

Ordered a t shirt for my dad's birthday and still has not turned up! Nearly a month late!

Ordered May 2nd. Shirt arrived today (May 19th). The pros: The shirt is a good quality replica, and overall the time from order to delivery is pretty quick. When I followed up on the order through email I did get a response updating me on it. The cons: After making the order, and receiving the confirmation email, I had no further correspondence. After a week I tried going through the support ticket system on the site and got no response, and then about a week after that I emailed and got a response (as above). I've knocked a star off the review because it'd be nice to be kept in the loop more between ordering and the thing showing up at your door - but I do now have the shirt, so they're not just taking your money and running.

Ordered on 30th April, received a confirmation email immediately and funds taken, but no update since. Left a message via the website with no response. Very concerning that there is no way to check progress of the order once placed.
