Been waiting for 20 days for my order and still hasn't arrived, they say they are based in England so I don't understand why it would take so long to deliver something in the same country, emailed regarding refund but no reply. It arrived a bit late but better than never😂

I placed an order on the 29/04/2023 and have had nothing since receiving the confirmation email that the order had gone through. I have tried to find a way to contact but the website is now under maintenance so I’m now in the lurch to what’s going on
