Great product and service

I’ve ordered from here before and knew it took a while but i ordered on December 4th, 2023 and am worried it won’t be here until Christmas. It just has been stagnant in New York on my tracking since the tracking system for the states is unclear.

I placed an order on 4/12/23 and am still waiting for this order Number 41522. I am now getting worried it won't arrive before Christmas!! I received my delivery today 19/12/23 in time for Christmas - Thank you Retro Jersey

Well priced and excellent quality, however, if you're ordering a Madrid/Brazil shirt, don't order a Roberto Carlos one, the shirt I received had "Carlos 3" and not "R.Carlos 3" please resolve, this is the official naming.

Ordered on the 15th November for my brothers birthday, still no sign of anything arriving and despite it being dispatched, Royal Mail still just says “we’re expecting it” on the tracking. I have tried to email for updates but have been given the same generic response back, being told to wait and it should arrive soon. Very disappointing and I would not recommend ordering from this company. I understand it says it can take up to 21 business days, however communication could be a lot better perhaps with the option to choose your delivery method to avoid such excessive delays, which is evidently a common complaint.

I’ve just received my order and am over the moon with it! Admittedly, it does take a while for orders to arrive but the company do state this at the time of ordering. My advice - if you’re concerned, drop them an email! They replied immediately and were helpful and informative. A bit of a rollercoaster of worry when Christmas is approaching but I’d definitely buy from them again.

Is this being shipped from the Moon? Placed my order 9th of November, sender despatched 11th November. Royal Mail tracking say they haven't received it 13 days later. This was for a going away present, purchased almost three weeks before my friend's departure. A huge let down. EDIT: The order came two days after my friend left the country. They flagged my review as not being genuine to Trustpilot to try and get it taken down. I have provided my invoice in response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
