Good communication. Slight issue with delivery status but that’s because I was sent a tracking number for the wrong postal service being based in Canada. Main issue for a 3 star was because the shirt wasn’t correct with the colouring slightly off. I know what I was getting into and perhaps easier colours to get right than this one also. I did wait to see if the company responded to my feedback but haven’t had anything since sending the photo. Overall if you get the right shirt it delivers in good time and the overall quality is good. Just a shame about my one.

Before purchasing I read through some of the reviews, and the only bad comment I would see repeatedly was how long they take to deliver. I didn’t need the jersey for any specific time so I just ordered the one I wanted. I purchased it on the 19th of December and it has arrived today the 29th of December. I don’t think 10 days is a long time. And the quality of this jersey is amazing, I’m already looking to get another one for myself, as the one I bought already is for my gf. Again really amazing quality and not as bad as people are saying on the delivery time.

Hi, I placed an order (42909) over 2 weeks ago and haven’t received a confirmation email or anything. Can I get some information about this asap please. UPDATE I changed the rating to 5 star as my shirt arrived today and is perfect! Soon as I saw it i had to smile 😊 just so you know I ordered the Liverpool Fc 1996 away kit.

Order no #42509. I ordered a football shirt and have not received the shirt and no emails or confirmation. Really disappointed. I have included my order no and checked all spam folders and tried contacting you?

Ordered a Liverpool 89 away shirt on the 10th Dec and it’s just arrived today. Looks fantastic and it’s amazing quality. Before ordered the customer service team were quick to respond to a couple of queries I had and then after I ordered when I had a query on where my order was, they got back to swiftly too! Will definitely order again in the future 👍

I really wish I’d read these reviews before buying. Ordered on the 12th, no printing or anything extra required, not ‘despatched’ until the 15th… I’m still waiting and according to the tracking it still hasn’t even been received by Royal Mail… and, other than the automated PayPal info and an invoice, no communication about it taking so long… obviously it won’t be here by Christmas now. It had better be as good a quality as these reviews state when it finally gets here but, so far, my experience with this company is beyond disappointing.

Great quality tops. My son will be over the moon with them. Delivery took slightly longer but had good communication would recommend.
