I saw many negative reviews about the company,many being the long waiting times and quality,which i think is very stupid mainly because if you take the time to read it says the jerseys can take from 7-21 buisness days.Ibought 3 jerseys and they are all amazing conditing identical in quality and looks to the real thing, the package also arrived exatly as it said on the site.Brilliant and would reccomend

4,5 stars would be more fitting, however 5 would for me imply zero action taken on my side, therefore 4 on Trustpilot. The site does as stated including the possibility of prolonged delivery. I bought an "uncommon" Arsenal shirt on sale and it arrived about three weeks later. This was expected. No remarks on this part. As I was an international customer, I expected some additional time to elapse but it did not feel like it, and the order was quickly handled. Shipping was free. Positive stuff. The quality of the jersey is excellent and I am very satisfied. The downside however was relating my tracking number to Royal Mail which would not update even after more than five business days. Odd. Contacting customer support was a pleasant experience. They replied quickly and reassured its progression on their side. A couple of days later and still no update from Royal Mail's site, I instead attempted to broaden the search on a site that has collected most shipping companies' search engine and track the number. It turned out to being handled from China by China Post. Why provide Royal Mail as shipment and why did customer support not refer me to the correct site? Perhaps it is standard practice and the system has not been adjusted for international customers? I would suggest the site to streamline their transparency of the shipment to avoid anxious costumers. Maybe telling people that jerseys (possibly) are handled in China lowers the confidence of potential customers? What are the true costs of the jerseys then? Could the asking price be contested then? Despite these questions, the site does state that it wants to sort out the market of retro jerseys and they truly achieved that. I am happy to pay extra for this particular service. In conclusion, I would recommend this site.

The shirt is high quality and my son loved it! Had to exchange for a bigger size and the communication was superb. Second shirt arrived today. Friendly, efficient service and a great product. What more could you ask for?

Shirt ordered was not available, however very quick rectification to get a replacement sorted and delivery within a few days. Just in time for the trip away! Great customer service

Ordered 28th Dec and still not delivered! Not even dispatched, £50 down the drain and a Birthday ruined Who knows what or when I’ll receive it? Basically they take your money and order a small Chinese child to make it or starve. PEOPLE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE CHARLATANS
