I kind of think that I got a run around with the deceptive add for fast shipping and that they have the bulb in stock here in Florida, when in fact after calling about my order they told me it was coming from California by way of pony express. It took just over two weeks to get the bulb. I hope this helps you with your decision. Captain Bill

Everything with the product is excellent, my only concern is how to reset the lamp. The paperwork included is vague, and the manual is not very clear. George R. Thrower

I would order from this company again. No complaint on my order.

Items are always out of stock, but this isn't discovered until your overnight items do not arrive when expected. Online shoppers requesting overnight shipping are assuming it will be received faster than regular shipping. Website does not inform you items are out of stock. They show as available in your cart. Charge your card and you end up receiving items upto 5 days after ordering. Customer service suggested I email them when I need product. So what's the point of the site?

I have nothing but positive things to say about MyProjectorLamps and the lamp I received. First, I went to the Facebook page for MyProjectorLamps and tried to "like" their page to get a discount. For some reason it didn't go through but I needed the lamp so I just purchased it at the regular price. A few days later I got a message from MyProjectorLamps that they saw I tried to "like" the page but there was an error. Since I had already purchased the lamp, they went ahead and credited me for the discount. I thought that was awesome. Second, since they did not have the lamp in stock and had to order it, they went ahead and bumped me to the 2-day shipping at no cost to me so that I would still receive it at the correct time. I was so impressed with this. Finally, the lamp I received works perfectly. In fact, it is the best picture we have ever had on our movie screen. So happy with this purchase. Will buy from MyProjectorLamps again and again!

The lamp that we overnighted came to us damaged... kind of defeats the purpose of expedited shipping. But when we called in they were quick about sending us a replacement, as well as a very nice phone call from sales executive, Manny, who definitely succeeded at great customer service!
