The bulbs arrived in good timing and good order. I like myprojectorlamp's competitive pricing.

I ordered two projector lamps on June 26th. As of today, July 11th, I still have not received my lamps. I called on July 7th and was told the lamps I ordered were on back order. I am disappointed that they didn't inform me of this on their own. Last Thursday I ordered the same lamp from Amazon (and got it the next day) just to get us through Sunday's service. I should have just ordered from Amazon in the first place.

I had high hopes because they called me back super fast on quotes when Customer was ready to order I called to make purchase ordered two bulbs ($800) with next day shipping (40$ ) they informed me they only had one of the two in stock and the other were about 6 days out :-( . I told them to make the order and I would be making another order on the next day if customer was ok with the wait . I called back next day and got another 2 bulbs 4 total they said they would ship them all in one package next day as soon as they came in off back order . Got two on Wednesday had to hold off irate customer and call my projector lamps .com to see if other two bulbs had shipped . They informed me they had shipped them next day and I would receive them the following day . I asked about refund for next day shipping I had paid for the week befor and agent said of course I would be getting credit card refund for shipping . No such thing !

I had orderd 3 replacement lamp bulb for my DLP projector. I received the tracking number for the items to be shipped out on June 20th 2016 and arrive June 27th 2016 VIA FED-EX. On June 27th i checked the tracking number and the items never moved so i called customer support only to find out that the item was on back ordered and arriving to myprojectlamps warehouse on the 28th. I recived the items on June 30th. 4 days late.

I ordered my part on line, and the website said the part was in stock. I paid for overnight shipping, but didn't receive the part. I called 3 days later and a helpful tech told me that his supervisor said the part was not in stock, but it would be ordered and shipped 3 days later. I was refundered the overnight shipping fee, but am disappointed that the website / online ordering process wasn't correct.

Our replacement bulb was delivered quickly and efficiently. It was well packaged, easy to install, and worked instantly. All this at the best price I could find!

Epson lamp assembly not scheduled for delivery until 6/29/16, 2-1/2 weeks after placing order for what was advertised as an in-stock part. Not sure if problem is with FedEx Ground or MyProjectionLamps.com.

The representative answered all of my questions and was well versed.
