I have ordered off MyProjectorLamps twice now. Both times exactly the same experience : The money is transferred, they hold onto it for 4 - 5 days before they confirm it and, then, have to be chased, several times, before they ship (2 days later). Once the bulb arrives, it is the right one and in good shape.

Haven't received the lamp yet so I will have to update this if anything is wrong with it on arrival, but I ordered on a Friday morning and it didn't start shipping until Wednesday the following week. Standard ground shipping through FedEx tracking says delivery is Wednesday of the following week after that. If you need a bulb within 7 days, look elsewhere for sure.

It took a long time to receive an invoice. When I did receive one ...I was over 60 days past due.

Overall I am satisfied with the result, but the process left a lot to be desired. I ordered a projector lamp for our church on a Thursday, overnight express so it arrived on Friday. It arrived in a paper shipping bag, instead of a box with cushioning or packing material to protect the delicate lamp. And of course, it was broken in transit. So I emailed and called customer service for a replacement. They quickly responded and emailed me the tracking number for the replacement, which was supposed to arrive on Monday. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday came and went, no lamp. I looked at the tracking and saw that it had never been shipped - the label had been created, but no item actually shipped. I called again and it took customer service 2 phone calls at about 20 minutes each to figure out what had happened, and get a replacement overnighted to me so we'd have it in time for church services. This time they did make sure it actually shipped, and we received it the next day. I was concerned because the replacement again arrived in a FexEx overnight bag, not in a box with cushioning or packing material. But luckily the bulb was not broken this time, and we were back up and running. I think they should have refunded us the extra amount for the overnight shipping, since it ended up being not overnight but a week later that we had a working product in our hands. They didn't do so, and instead offered us 10% off our next purchase, which they offer to all customers. So yeah. They need some work on customer service.

It took almost 3 weeks to get the bulb and then that bulb was bad. Got the second replacement bulb in a few days.

If someone choose to ship overnight, it means they need it immediately (usually the next day). If we are beyond your cutoff for shipping that day, it would be beneficial to know that at order time.

Ordered a "new" lamp...the first one they sent was used one and I thought "Oh no here we go, I just lost all my money to a scam", but I called, they apologized and sent a replacement lamp as soon as they had one. But the new replacement lamp was for a different projector, again they apologized and sent a replacement as soon as one was available. Now, sometime later I have a NEW lamp for my projector and it works. So, everyone makes mistakes from time to time and maybe I just happened to be the lucky guy that got them all, but they were responsive and I did finally get the correct lamp.

Got an email with 20% off for back to school, forgot the code at check out but emailed them right away. When asked if they could help with the discount I was totally ignored. A week after promised delivery date I followed up on the same email and still lamp hasn't been shipped. Overall a terrible experience. 09/11 edit I received a call from Manny last week apologizing for the experience. He honored the initial 10% off offer (my bad I wrote it was 20) plus 10% more off as a gesture. I finally got the lamp but was very disappointed to see how it's packed. The box containing the lamp came only in a bubble wrapped fedex envelope, no box within a box for added protection (a $20 lamp I bought off Amazon while waiting for this one came better packaged ) like other lamp vendors. I wasn't surprised to see the box dented on a corner. Again thanks to Manny for trying but from sales and customer service to order fulfillment and shipping there are several things not working properly.
