I really notice a difference taking Performance Energize regularly. I am able to last longer in endurance workouts and generally push myself just a little further without fatigue.

When I first started to use it, it gave me an energy boost, so I started using it as a pre workout shake. That was good. But I did not gain muscle mass as it was touted to do in the Facebook ad. That was disappointing. I'm 72 and I have been trying to do everything I can do gain or maintain my muscle mass. I am very fit, can still do 20 Pull-ups and lift weights 5 days a week and do Body weight core exercises two days a week, so maybe I was expecting too much I don't know I like the taste of they whey powder, but when I got the plant based powder by mistake I my second order I did not like that as well. It was too gritty. It's also kind of expensive.

I've used the High Impact Whey protein for 6 weeks now. I've used many other kinds of protein before but this is the first time that I can actually see and feel a change in my muscle mass! I love how easy the powder dissolves and it taste great too!

I took it for about 2 weeks and had to stop because I was going in for surgery however I felt a difference when I was taking it and my muscles were starting to feel tighter... I am looking forward to restarting it to help my recovery from surgery
