Order over 2 weeks ago, checked status of order and has not even shipped yet, no email explaining that order is delayed. I had to call and told on back order, not very professional.

I thought I ordered whey chocolate, which is my usual flavor, but instead got vegan vanilla (my bad for not paying closer attention to what I clicked in the online form). Don't like vanilla flavored drinks. Gives me a sick feeling in my stomach and gas. Might be the vegetable protein instead of the normal whey.

FIRST time purchasing, let you know more when it arrives

I love my Power Life whey protein powder. I’ve been taking for years now. I don’t want to have an automatic shipping schedule… if I am traveling or maybe taking a break, I don’t want to have to beg and try to make a change to the shipping schedule. I realize it’s better for the company to have customers committed … not a good platform for me. Thanks!

I like the chocolate flavor, but not the vanilla. There was a bit of confusing marketing with promotions that was a bit frustrating as well. But customer service has always been nice. As an older man who has tried many products to supplement my health and maintain my muscles, this seems to be better than others but doesn't necessarily live up to your marketing hype

I’m a septic shock survivor and came out of my experience with new sensitivity to foods and environment and muscles that suffered widespread microclotting, muscles suffer from severe oxygen starvation (hypoxia) and toxic inflammation. This leads to rapid breakdown of muscle protein, mitochondrial dysfunction, and lasting physical weakness known as ICU-acquired weakness… I lost three limbs and deformed my remaining limb. I suffered some horrible digestive issues and have some real trouble absorbing. This shake is the only one I’ve been able to take, get in my stomach and maybe I’m crazy but I think I’m developing some muscle definition. Thank you.
