Was surprised to see this email show up in my inbox 5 months after I discontinued using your product. I take warfarin everyday and discovered this powder was affecting my INR levels. I spoke to a really nice customer service rep who stated I would receive my guaranteed refund IN FULL and NOT to return the empty or opened 3rd container of the product, just the unopened three containers. I returned them & I received a refund for only the 3 returned containers. I complained, I was told that is what the refund would be. your whey protein taste is less than enjoyable and easy to drink. i need to mix it with Designer whey to mitigate your mediocre taste. I have been drinking it for several months and do not yet see any significant results, but willing to continue. However, your pricing is hard to swallow. You are nearly 3 times more expensive than..
