Ordered 2 pillows and paid by credit card Didn't receive them and can't get any answer about delivery or replacement Strongly recommend never to order with this company and don't know why The Sunday Times is accepting their ads (apart from the obvious)

A couple years ago we fell for the hype and bought 2 sets of the yellow level pillow because neither of us like too much fluff. They worked for a while, but we both found there was too much loft and we couldn't adjust it. Last night was sleepless. I tried an old much flatter pillow and finally went to sleep. If fat pillows are not for you, you probably shouldn't

Bought 2 my pillows a few yrs back. Used them for 3 nights...they absolutely caused horrible neck pain. Returned them. OK so the pillows were a total flop for me but I wanted to support a USA company so just bought the giza dream sheets and a bath towel. I am disappointed with them as well!! The sheets are ridiculously expensive, not very soft, only 400 thread count, and, this is the kicker...made in Pakistan!!! The towel is just ok but that, too, is not made in the USA but in Turkey!!! Nowhere on the site is there any info regarding thread count or where these items are made!!! The my pillow site will not post my review!! I feel scammed and deceived!!! I do think Mike has an amazing personal testimony but his products and the lack of transparency on his site are very deceptive. Sad but True!!! I do NOT recommend any of his products!!!

The Giza Dream Sheets are so cheap / thin that they are see through - and the company refuses to answer my questions about the thread count.

What an expensive piece of junk. I did not fall for his ads for a good couple of years, but then I caved in and bought one. It goes flat as a pancake right away, so definitely not suitable for back sleepers. Total waste of $$$$$

Not as good as advertised. Yes the pillow does fluff up & it moulds into your head position, but will not give the support on your neck or shoulders. After only a few weeks of using my neck is stiff in the morning. Even with the addition of a smaller pillow for a bit more support its the same result. Like everyone else who has commented give them a miss.

Wish I had read the reviews before I was suckered in by late night advertising and too many glasses of wine! Cheap, poor quality product that will cost you more in shipping (receive and return £16) than what I believe the product is worth. Don't believe the hype. Better off buying a Supermarket own brand than these.

A big expensive con. Rubbish pillow and no response from customer services regarding return as per guarantee. DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
