Because these pillows were advertised full page in the Daily Mail, I assumed they would be good to purchase. I received them quickly and followed the instructions to the letter. The pillow was a disaster, lumpy and highly uncomfortable. I was sure it was faulty until I read the reviews and understood that it was, in fact, very poor quality and not fit for purpose. I intend to return it but have no idea what the cost will be, £7 to deliver and probably more to return. Please read the reviews before you contemplate buying this item. I paid £60 for two. Waste of money.

Best pillow ever 10 years and going strong! Great sheets, too!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought two pillows from them in December. They were too soft for me and was told that a swap for a firmer filling would come under the terms of the guarantee and that I would be contacted by head office to arrange the swap. Many phone calls and e-mails later, nobody has contacted me. All "Customer Service" seem to be able to do is message their head office. I was told last week that I was no longer entitled to a refund because the 60 day guarantee period had expired. And yet I first contacted them less than 30 days after purchase. I put a negative review for them on this site under "MyPillow.co.uk" and then somebody (obviously from the company) used my name to write a completely false, five star review. Utterly dishonest. The pillows are rubbish and the guarantee is worthless. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I LOVE My Pillow!!!! I had the BEST sleep last night and that hasn’t happened in a LONG time! It has always been hard for me to find comfortable pillows. I was a bit concerned bc you could feel the pieces of foam when you hold the pillow BUT when you put your head on it apparently your head can’t feel it the same way as your hands! I am so grateful I came across and add about this pillow. I only bought one because I wasn’t sure if I would like it but I am going back to get another!! I bought the pillow in February!

Like sleeping on a bag of pebbles. Don't bother.

The quality is honestly terrible total waste of money, Its a total Rip off , plus you lose $20 when returning, False advertisement on TV. Never again.

This pillow is absolute rubbish and you’re paying £60 for it. If you are tempted to buy at least pay by credit card, they do not honour consumer rights. Every day newspapers advertise these pillows, don’t be conned. I imagine this Review will disappear in 20 seconds.
