Ok - so the pillows are super comfy and that is the only reason they get 2 stars. I'm happy with the Full Fill pillow but the medium fill feels lumpy and just not fit for my needs. I have tried contacting them via email and telephone on numerous occasions and still no replacement or acknowledgment. So much for a 60 day guarantee! How are you suppose to return & replace?

I bought two of these and threw them away after two nights of sleeping on them. It is just a marketing scam with some supposedly independent websites reviewing the my pillow as good. Even at the discounted price they are not worth it. Cheap and nasty and the my pillow logo is visible through pillow case to remind you of what a mistake you made purchasing it. Would most definitely give it less than one star if possible.

Pillow was too soft so contacted MyPillow to request exchange for harder ones. They fail to answer emails, spoke to operators twice , each assuring that pillows would be sent out and return instructions would be with them. Still nothing after 4 weeks. Am now going to request refund under 60 day guarantee.

I had never heard of My Pillow up to a couple of months ago, but after researching them I decided to buy two from Ideal World UK, which had a two for one offer, and free post. Although they do feel a bit lumpy, they are so comfortable. I've never seen or felt a pillow quite like it, it's like sleeping on a cross between a down pillow and a memory foam pillow - best of both worlds. It's soft and pliable, yet also supportive, washable too. Most comfortable pillow I've ever owned

Absolute garbage just pieces of cut up foam i could have made this myself. £70 paid for 2 pillows. Dont bother!

The reason nobody gets their money back is because they have made it practically impossible to return the pillows. I have sent emails and called 5 times and I still have the pillow. The staff are friendly but utterly useless. They’ve had a big promotion so are selling well and don’t need to care about customers. Atrocious company and literally no customer service, save your money, the pillows aren’t worth it anyway.

Having travelled the world the most comfortable pillow I'd previously ever slept on was at the Amari Hotel, Koh Samui, Thailand. It was like sleeping with your head on a cloud. That was 15 years ago and I've purchased dozens of pillows since trying to find a make as comfortable, only without success. That was until I purchased 2 x Mike Lindel's My Pillow. Finally the best night sleep in years without having to travel 6000 miles. Simply amazing and worth every penny!

A load of old rubbish, i chucked mine away, couldn't get any sleep, and the stupid pillow gave me a headache, it was useless. Got a cheap pillow from my local superstore, done the job, much better.
