Pillow is a sham. Way overpriced in the first place.

My Pillow Moccasin Slippers arrived today they looked great and very comfortable until I took a few steps! I then realized the beautiful My Pillow label had been sewn into the fur liner and foam cushion compressing it enough where the heal was a hair lower with not enough cushion... I contacted My Pillow Customer Service to report this defect and was assured this had to be a first.. Service advised it must be a defect and is shipping out the exchange should have it in a few days... Tonight I read a review on Trustpilot dated Dec 2 2023 complaining about the same problem!! Go Figure I hope the label is corrected because it's a nice slip on,,,

Your slippers started falling apart after just a couple of months. The rubber is brittle and the quality is crap. I would not recommend these slippers to anyone

I purchased a pair of ladies moccasins from my pillow.com. They run small so order 1/2 size larger. They are fuzzy, warm, and well made. They would be perfect except that a large label has been sewn into the soft fur liner under each heal. It is uncomfortable and a little scratchy. I may be forced to wear these slippers with socks.

Where to begin?? Purchased the Pillow Topper and paid $25 for shipping (in my opinion, a company this size and amount of $$ for their products should ship for free!) The day after I made my purchases, I began receiving these PROMO specials advertising FREE SHIPPING! Are you kidding me?? It was only AFTER I submitted a request to the company that they refunded my shipping fee. I am 2 weeks into this and STILL have not received my purchase!! When I checked the tracking info, as of 2 days ago, the label had just been created. Again, SERIOUSLY?? Quick to take my payment of $400, not so quick to ship! Come on Mike Lindell! Take a page from your buddy Jeff and his little company called AMAZON! There is absolutely no reason why I should have to wait 2+ weeks to receive my purchase! It's not like these are made to order!

People are giving this company bad reviews because they don't like the political affiliation and I think that is sickening! Just because I don't agree with someone politically doesn't mean I'm going to stop watching their movies or not buy their product that is childish because these products are great! I have four of the pillows and a pair of the slippers and they are all top-notch products and I will continue to order from this company. I get fast shipping and great quality

In the past I have ordered from My Pillow sheets and mattress topper. They are great! I put the mattress topper and sheets on my California King and my guest room bed. I get so many compliments on the quality and comfort! I need to express this after reading negative reviews that I feel were not genuine.

I love all My Pillow products, but in light of some of the negative nabobs here, i will focus on slippers. Their slippers are beautiful and so comfortable that I actually consider it a treat when I can stay inside and wear them. I bought the pink suede ones about 2 years ago. They are still in great shape. I clean them with a stiff nail brush and suede cleaner. They are NOT outdoor shoes. They are house shoes so bear that in mind before you purchase. Okay, all done. Time to put on MySlippers.
