Quality control is non-existent
I was disappointed with Petsies’ first attempt so they offered to do a remake. The remake was a joke. (I wish I could add a photo to this review to show just how hideous the cat that they sent me looks.) Such a waste of money.

Even though the original plush was approved through the Sneak Peek process (which typically means it is not eligible for a remake or refund), our team still offered you multiple solutions, including a free remake, a pet-shaped pillow, or a custom photo blanket under our Craftsmanship Promise.
