I am so glad I got this test. Found out my older dog is sensitive to beef and barley. Was able to change his food and the irritation in his paws went away completely in a few weeks. And tonight he used the stairs to our side door. I had to build a ramp for him because he hasn't been able to use the stairs for close to a year now and I never thought I would see him regain mobility like that. My heart is so happy!

My dogs' sample hairs were quickly tested and results recieved promptly. Results were very helpful in adjusting my dogs' diets. Both are doing well and not as much itching or upset tummies..So very helpful!

The process is easy enough, and the results came quickly, but they were 100% inaccurate. After receiving the extensive list of sensitivities, I found literally one dog food my dog could have, which happened to be beef based. Her symptoms continued to worsen, so we went back to the vet for a blood test and found out she only has two allergies: dust and beef! So the one thing I thought she could have was actually one of the only things she’s actually allergic to! Don’t waste your money…

How fast and easy it was to do the test...once we found out the results we stopped giving our dog beef and he is doing better...

I finally have a single brand of dog food all my dogs can eat! Before, I had a dog with a ton of food sensitivities and one with only a few. The vet bills were stacking up too high, and I realized that while a hydrolyzed diet might be helpful, there were other ways to go about not triggering my puppy's allergies. I did this test for both my dogs and was so surprised and validated by the results. I got to see how and why they reacted to the foods they'd had in the past, and after a bunch of research I now am able to buy a single brand of dog food thats at least $50 cheaper than the food I was buying before. And now this food is great and allergen free for both dogs! Highly recommend - and very very happy with the results. Do read the instructions and pre-purchase notes though, because I was expecting a box to come in the mail and i didn't get one! You're supposed to clip their hair, put them in baggies and mail it on your own. Great service though!!

Ordered online and followed the instructions. Sent the sample and had the online results a few days later. Super quick. The results were laid out really well and easy to understand. Definitely recommend if your pet is having any issues.

Not Happy. I placed the order for the prescription the same day we saw the vet. It's taking a week for this important prescription to arrive. The mail is slow and unpredictable. They should have sent it 2 day shipping. Still waiting. 😕
