Recieved (very quickly) what looked like a cut n paste analysis. We needed help isolating an alergy but its carefully explained that an alergy isnt related to a "sensitivity". The confidence killer was the bit about the alergen possibly not being listed among the "sensitivities". So the dog could be alergic, actually alergic to something but not "sensitive" to it.

My first test was lost or got stuck in the machine they use for testing. When I emailed to get the status of my test, at first customer service said they never received it although I sent my samples with a tracking number. So eventually they found it and it took the lab several days to get back to customer service with the excuse I provided at the beginning. Regardless, I had to send new samples in and pay for tracking a second time. The turnaround was very fast because they had my samples labeled as a priority for testing.

Very happy to have discovered a natural flea and tick deterrent which doesn't contain fenugreek as my dog is allergic to it. Also love that it's natural as sadly my dog also developed a serious autoimmune disorder (IMT - zero platelets) from Bravecto flea preventative. If only I'd researched how very harmful the chemical products are before. Anyway he's better now and condition well managed with long term meds. I'm very happy with the Biotex spray and spot ons, no sign of any fleas or ticks and the product itself smells lovely! Most importantly my dog is unbothered with me applying it and all his blood tests have come back with brilliant results so it's had no impact at all on his autoimmune disorder. Extremely efficient service and fast delivery. I will be back in the near future for more products. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with My Pet Health Store, I have been struggling for years with my cat's ongoing skin issues. The process of sending in his fur sample was so easy and quick.
