Its a scam - there is no scientific research to say this works - DO NOT USE. "There is no scientific basis for dog hair allergy tests. In fact, one study in 2019 showed that hair and saliva tests failed to identify allergies in dogs. They sent ten fur and saliva samples from a known allergic dog, ten from a non-allergic dog and five fake samples (that were water and toy fur) to a lab. The range of results across each group was similar, and no different than you would expect from random chance. So, allergies detected were similar in allergic dogs, non-allergic dogs and toys! Also, the reproducibility of the results was poor. The study concluded that hair and saliva testing should not be used to diagnose allergies. Other studies have come to the same conclusion. The moral of the story? Don’t waste your money! If you suspect your dog has allergies, seek advice from your vet"

Little of value from this experience. I do take responsibility for not thoroughly understanding what I was getting. The review of sensitivities was pretty much meaningless. I had already removed almost everything from the most sensitive list. The rest of it seemed irrelevant since I think what I'm dealing with is an allergy, not a sensitivity. Buyer beware: You are not getting an allergy and sensitivity test from this firm.

The test was very extensive, which is good. However, I still have no idea what might be my dog's issue. Also, the results were sent to me, but I didn't see them untl I contacted the company about a week after. No text notifcation.

Zero star would be more appropriate. Service was fast and great until we done second test via vet which did not confirm any of sensitivity this company send in results.

Complete Waste of Money – Misleading, Inaccurate, and Borderline Fraudulent I purchased this pet sensitivity test out of genuine concern for my dog’s health. She has been on a hydrolyzed, vet-prescribed diet for six years due to severe food allergies. Recently, I suspected she might be reacting to something even in that controlled diet, so I turned to this test hoping for clarity. What I received was a 20-page document, half of which was promotional material. The actual results were not only confusing and poorly presented, but also completely inaccurate. The test flagged sensitivities to ingredients my dog has never consumed in her life, while claiming she was not sensitive to items that have previously triggered life-threatening allergic reactions. This is not just misleading—it’s dangerous. I accepted that I had made a mistake trusting an online test and considered the money lost. But then the situation worsened: they began charging my account without authorization. When I contacted them, they claimed I had subscribed to a service—something I never agreed to, never saw, and certainly never needed. The burden was placed on me to cancel a subscription I was never aware of. I tried to locate and cancel it, but there was no trace of any active subscription, and they even blocked me from deleting my account. This entire experience feels like a scam. The test is unreliable, the business practices are deceptive, and the customer service is evasive at best. I strongly urge others to avoid this company. Save your money, protect your pet, and consult a qualified veterinarian instead.
