Don’t use this company for the following reasons: 1) The info they send back is generic and of no use to people who’s pets have genuine issues 2) They provide no sample collection kits or postage - it’s a huge hassle to follow their rules and not worth it for the useless information that is sent back - pretty sure everyone receives the same. 3) they suggest that garlic and onions are safe for dogs - neither are, so their advice is dangerous 4) they sneakily add a subscription to 24/7 vet advice to your basket. If you don’t notice, they start taking this monthly til you cancel. Avoid at all costs.

We do provide detailed information online before you order so you can make an informed choice and ensure the test is right for you. Regarding the results: while the format may feel generic in some ways, the information is based on your pet’s actual sample and is unique to them. While certain foods like garlic and onions can be toxic to dogs, the test does not measure toxicity. Instead, it assesses sensitivities based on the hair sample provided. A “no sensitivity detected” result does not mean these foods are safe to feed - it simply indicates that no sensitivity was detected in your dog’s sample. In other words, a food can be poisonous but still show no sensitivity in this type of test. It’s always essential to avoid giving pets any food known to be toxic to them. Regarding the subscription item, I can assure you that we offer the chance to sign up to our 247Vetline subscription at various points throughout your checkout process including on the product page, in the cart and post-purchase. If you opted to one-click purchase the product or didn’t remove it from your basket then you will have signed up to the subscription service which is a monthly recurring fee. This is displayed during purchase and you will have also received a welcome email with details on how to get started and create your profile. We hope this clarifies things and appreciate your understanding.

My GSD had issues from day one as a puppy. Whether it be itching, chewing, diarrhea, yeast (elephants disease). 8 years later I found this site. SO HELPFUL! I am able to make appropriate decisions going forward regarding proper food, vitamins and minerals he needs. You can speak to a vet through their site! Phenomenal. I already told others about this site and some have checked into it. I see my vet soon, can't wait to see what she thinks. I feel like I truly have something worthwhile that can help my fur baby.

We were certain it was chicken... Turns out the beef we switched our Daisy to after suspecting a sensitivity to chicken, turkey, and eggs were the real culprit. A week after changing her diet and removing the beef, she's a whole new dog!
