I was charged $9.99 auto payment for a service I didn't know about. Extremely difficult to cancel and get a refund. Can't get through on the phone. The allergy test was informative don't know if it is reliable yet.

Having our Golden tested has helped her immensely finding that she is sensitive to beef! She is now not so itchy and her ears are cleaning up. Thank you!

I bought a sensitivity test. It was highly inaccurate. Foods it said were safe had caused severe GI bleeding in my dog. I had been hoping to identify some safe options for treats. My vet said food sensitivity tests are highly inaccurate and worthless. That was bad enough but then they put unauthorized charges on my charge card claiming I subscribed to some service of theirs which I most certainly did not. I checked no to any subscription offer. I will be reporting fraudulent charges to my credit card as soon as it is processed. Do not recommend this fraudulent company to anyone

Our seven-year-old mini golden doodle has experienced skin issues for almost 4 years now. We learned about your website from a young lady who works in a local pet store that also found your service most helpful. The process was incredibly simple, shipping took three days and you had our results back to us in the same amount of time. Turns out one of the highest sensitivities identified are acorns, and we happen to have an oak tree in the backyard. My wife shared the results with our veterinarian and she was equally impressed with your service. We thank you.

This service is a complete scam. Do not trust this service. Do not enter any details. This service will subscribe you onto a monthly payment without asking your consent. They have been stealing my money. Once noticed I confirmed I did not use the service once as at no point did they notify me they would charge me for this fake service. Once noticed and I asked for a refund they act like they have no idea what I’m talking about. Very unprofessional, not honest, complete scammers. Dont be scammed by this service.

This is a scam. Don’t buy anything or put any details into their website. They will subscribe you onto monthly payments without telling or asking you. I noticed once three payments had been taken from my account without my consent. I asked for a full refund as I didn’t use the service once but they refused. This website is a scam they are only trying to steal your money and operate in an illegal and predatory manner. Do not use this.

They automatically add a “free trial” of a virtual vet service to your cart when you are checking out. It’s not obvious that you are then subscribing after the first free month. Once I was charged for the second month (after not using the service at all ever) I immediately wrote to customer service asking to immediately cancel and refund the subscription fee— they refused! Really unprofessional and sneaky and predatory!

To be able to tell be what my dog has sensitivity's too has been key for his diet and treats. His itching stopped and we both feel so much better. And the cost is extremely reasonable. I received the test results within a few days once lab received.
