Process of elimination …
Just have to eliminate the sensitivities out of his diet the best I can. Seemed to help with the eliminating what we thought the sensitivities might be.

Wonderful company dedicated to help your pet….
Easy to activate your account and to submit your samples. It took a little longer than I expected to receive the results but good things are worth waiting for. I loved how thorough they were in explaining the allergy and sensitivity differences. They tested for not just food but environmental, nutrition, metals and minerals. Each sensitivity test was explained then they offered advice on how to use an elimination diet to discover which of the items may or may not be causing a reaction in your pet. They also explained Complementary Alternative Medicine and its use in treatment. I really liked this idea. At one point I had a question regarding a particular food that my pup tested a sensitivity to, I reached out to the company via email. My question was answered very quickly by Chloe. She provided my with good information and a suggestion for how to resolve my issue. Thanks Chloe !!!! You’re a vital part of a wonderful company ! Barbara

Didn’t receive results :(
Didn’t receive results. :( I paid extra to have tracking and for the samples to arrive quickly. Mailed samples out on March 4th. Received notification that my samples arrived on March 12. Emailed them to confirm only to be told the samples arrived at the warehouse and will now take another 2-3 weeks to reach the lab. A month goes by and still nothing. Emailed them again today (April 8th) and was told my samples got “lost” on their way to the lab. Looked on Amazon for other reviews and found multiple other reviews from people saying their samples also got “lost.” Really disappointed but at least they refunded me the cost of my 2 tests with no issue.

not really helpfull
list of sensitivities seems really random... not sure if it is accurate most items listed were things my dog would never be near anyway. was not worth it to buy the test

After I sent in the hair samples
After I sent in the hair samples, had my dogs results in 5 days. Now starting the elimination diet. I'm just using this test for some type of idea for his ongoing skin issues. I didn't realize in the beginning there is no actual kit sent to you and that's the only complaint they didn't make that clear in the beginning.

Test sample time to lab
I feel the company needs to update the expection/web site that these test samples get to the lab after 2 weeks from the time you mail them (confirmation if you pay to track the package) as my samples took 4 weeks. I will say when I reached out at week 2 and 3 customer service was quick to respond with clarification of where the samples go after initial drop off address. Once I received email confirmation samples did arrive, I was happy that I received the report in 30 hours. The report gave me sensitivites I thought my dog had and was surprised to see others which I can now address. Glad I chose this company as they test so much more than other companies that do the same, just hope they add spinach and yak milk (yak chews have become the new beef hide) to the list.
