Self Serve Hair sampling is unprofessional and prone to contamination. After 3 weeks waiting for sample kit in the mail and realizing it wasn't coming called twice with no response. emailed with instant response requesting refund and at that point your company stopped responding. Dogs were itching so i followed thru and missed the email of results for 2 weeks. Hate to tell you but older people do not live by email, we also don't read every bit of long winded instructions. One must scroll thru a dozen pages just to get the results. The results are well organized but buried with suggestions. I paid you for results. The suggestions are appreciated but the results should be up front for easy access. Your company may save money thru all the digital protocols but your leaving half your potential customers (baby boomers) frustrated. Just because your staff centers there lives by smartphone and computer does not mean your customers do. Your business model made me work for the results wasting my time and at the same time increasing my stress levels. Will not recommend your service to anyone in my age bracket and will definitely spam all future emails. TAKE ME OFF YOUR PROSPECT LIST....Todd Vargo
