Great service
Clear instructions, easy to use and easy to understand results were back very quickly. As my dog was not reacting to any of the allergens in the two panels, it enabled me to move on with the investigation into her symptoms.

I ordered that kit over a year ago
I ordered that kit over a year ago, some of the time delay was my fault. But months and no response, until I sent a message. That's was really slow!

Robust report showing our pups…
Robust report showing our pups sensitivities across a multitude of categories. A lot to absorb, but we paid most attention to the food sensitivities and adjusted her diet accordingly, as well as grass sensitivities, which is a bummer, but we try to keep her away from certain types of grass and weeds now.

Very helpful!
We’ve cut out the food our doggie shied he is reactive to and he’s improved immensely! Playing again like a puppy!

Test: Fine. Mandatory Vet subscription? Eh
The test was fine, very clear. New wrinkle: They've now added an apparently mandatory initial membership with a vet, and you have to unsubscribe to avoid the fee. The page says the vet is available 24/7. I tried to contact the vet and got stuck in a loop of verifying my identity and never got through. They did respond to my email asking about it and apologized for my experience, but I never got to talk to the vet.

Allergy hair test
We sent the hair from our dog and got a reply back within a few days. I really dont believe there was any tests but a generic answer that everyone gets. Our vet said chicken but your tests dont show chicken as a main issue
