Great customer service
My order was delayed but as soon as I reached out to customer service, I had results within 48 hours. The report was very helpful in helping determine what was causing my cat to itch and lose her hair. We make our own cat food and now we know what nutrients to avoid. Time will tell as we watch for improvement in her skin issues. This test was definitely worth it.
