**UPDATE** I am updating my review. Pet Sensitivity reached out to me about my dogs results. All is resolved! As I mentioned I was feeling deceived. Maybe I should have been a bit more patient. I was very frustrated at the time of not knowing if they received the sample. Please accept my apologies. I have given a 4 star. Thank you Pet Sensitivity! Feeling deceived due to the fact I am still waiting to here back from My Pet Sensitivity as of October 3rd, 2024 if their lab received my dog's sample. I have reached out via email 3 different times to ask if they received my dog's sample. Each time I was told to wait 2 weeks and 2 weeks therefore. Which I have done patiently. I asked if I could have a refund? I was told no because the 14 day money back guarantee is over. Maybe this company should infirm the consumer of their money back guarantee policy is ONLY good for 14 days. Which is not enough time to get results from their processing lab! It would have been nice if customer service would help me resolve this issue via any suggestions of maybe sending another sample of my dog's fur. I know this test is affordable, HOWEVER it's not if you feel you are being taken advantage of! It seems I have thrown my money to the dogs!! NO PUHN INTENDED! I still to this day Nov 11th have no answers! I will be reaching out email and phone.
