I ordered my picture in November. It is now March 23 and I still haven’t received the picture, a refund, or even a response to the multiple emails I’ve sent. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!’

Have not received my order YET! My credit card was charged. I’m so frustrated. Can’t get anyone to respond!

Update: pleasantly surprised to see a refund notification this morning. I am so angry I got duped by this company. Ordered via a pseudo name of Tech Crafty and purchased $92 worth of merchandise on 2/20/2021, and inquired about my order March 1, 2021. Was given a Tacking number that does not appear in some global tracking system, with the claim that "they are very busy and it may take a while to show up." I have no doubts I'll never see this order and am in the process of disputing with my bank. Furious!!!!!

I was blocked on Facebook after asking for a refund and replacement because I never received one of my packages. The customer service is the worst I’ve experienced by a long shot and I’m not confident I’ll get my $112 back

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I ordered something 3 months ago and never received it. I asked for a refund everyday for a month - all my messages were ignored. If they did reply they told me to email them on Facebook. I would email them on Facebook they told me to message them on Instagram. Eventually they stopped responding. When I said I needed a refund immediately they then blocked me. Terrible company do not buy from them. They are committing fraud.

I ordered from this company 16 months ago. They will take your money but have no intention of sending your order. They send a standard email whenever you contact them. Do not order from this company.

Ive been attempting to contact customer support for 6 weeks due to an issue with my order and no one is responding or helping. One person finally responded after a month but had nothing helpful to say other than sending me a link. I’m willing to give them another chance if they can actually respond and solve my issue, but I am having no luck as of now.
