We believe we have been scammed by original paint by number, we ordered and paid in early May, and it is now mid July and no sign of our purchase,we have sent numerous emails and only ever get back a generic message, telling us to keep safe etc.Although we have asked over and over again when we can expect delivery we get no answer only a standard email saying the virus is to blame for the delay.

This is a scam . Do not waste your money. One star is too many but theres no way to rate it less. They charge me in april 2020 for my order here it is july and nothing has been shipped.

I wish I could give 0 stars! I ordered on March 26th for $68 and have yet to receive it. Each time I email, they send me a tracking link (which always seems to update AFTER I email them) and when I ask for a refund, they ignore it and continue to send me a link. They told me it was in my city- so after 5 days, I called our ONLY post office and guess what? NOTHING. I am disputing with PayPal and I will make sure I get my money back!

In the same boat as basically everyone else. Ordered a painting in March and paid but never received email of shipping or the painting obviously. Tried emailing numerous times and never hear back. The couple times I’ve gotten a response it’s been the same computer generated email saying they are backed up and will get back to me.

Terrible experience ordered 3 paintings on 4/3/20 and only received 1 on 7/7/20. I paid $73.49. I was told 7-10 days and 2 paintings, both most expensive still not here. Worst of all coming from China during COVID-19 is not a good choice. Requesting refund and will file complaint on FTC as well to warn others. What should have been a great experience turned sour

If I could give them a 0 star I would. Total scam. I ordered and got an email saying it had shipped. NEVER got it. Can't get anyone to respond to emails or phone. I just get this form letter stating due to COVID shipments are delayed. Well I want my money back. I believed they were a USA based company then found out they are out of China. SO ANGRY!!!
