Terrible Service! Ordered in March and as of July 20, still have not received my package. Customer Service is a joke. Told me the only way to refund is to reject package. I probably will never receive this package! They have terrible customer service. This company is a joke. Very unprofessional. Lost my money.

My bad, I hadn't checked these reviews before ordering. So I ordered from these guys mypaintbynumbers.com in April but nothing has arrived until now of course, they stop responding and refused to return the second part of the payment. Hope you enjoy these 20$ I'll make sure my friends and I never support this company again

Unfortunately the same review. Ordered in April and still haven’t received it. Emailed to cancel they said they won’t refund because it’s been “shipped” but the tracking hasn’t moved since it was purchased. Says the same city in China. Called credit card company to report it as fraud.

Anyone who has been scammed by this company which is probably everyone who ordered can go through the credit card company and tell them it was a fraud and you will get refunded. I did get my refund. If enough people does this they will not be able to sell this anymore.

Incredibly, my painting arrived on the day before PAYPAL was going to resolve my claim. It took over three months and several emails. Now my question for anybody who has gotten theirs, how did you get the wrinkles from packaging out, iron or stretch?
