Do NOT order from this company. If it were possible to give negative stars I would. I ordered on 4/6/2020. There were no "covid" delays or other delays noted on their website or I would not have placed my order. My first inquiry had a response that covid was delaying shipments. OK, it had been a month, but I could understand. But it is now 7/28, and with each inquiry I am told different information (lies about when it shipped, when it was in the country, etc), and their tracking site doesn't work. At least be honest with your customers. If you are unable to deliver, then refund the purchases. I see that I am not the only one who is having this issue.

Same here ...it’s a fake website ,delivery never happen they provided the fake China post tracking no.which shows the product is pending . It’s good way of taking money .I think I will be going to bank to bard their account on permanent basis .

The painting kit never arrived and I have got an automatic email response when I asked about it. The shipping tracker shows as a no action and then expired. Return policy is 30 days of order and the shipping policy says this could take a couple months due to covid. Well a couple months are past and no paint by numbers kit.

Horrible company. I placed an order on 4/24/2020, and still to this date 8/2/2020, I have not received my order.

My painting came out amazing. It was definitely time consuming but worth it in the end. My boyfriend cried when I gave it to him. If you are wanting to do a custom painting make sure your picture has good lighting and give yourself enough time to get it done well.

Don't order. This is the review I TRIED to leave on their website July 26. Of course it didn't show up ... My experience ... *March 30 - ordered * April 9 - told order was shipped. Tracking number didn't work * April 14 - after inquiry, told this was "perfectly normal" * April 23 - tracking number still doesn't work. After inquiry told they contacted "logistics" * May 11 - number works, but just sitting in China. After inquiry, received a form letter email. * June 3 - Still in China. After inquiry was told told shipping was 20-60 business days due to Covid. * June 13 - Still in China. After inquiry promised replacement or refund. * July 4 - Still in China. After inquiry was told company would send replacement. I responded I preferred refund. * July 5 - Was told request for refund would go to manager for processing. * July 12 - no refund, no merchandise, tracking number expired. After inquiry was told it would be followed up on. * July 22 - no refund, no merchandise. No response to last email. Also blocked from FB group and unable to comment on FB ads. Betting this will never show up, but it's my last line of communication!

My order still hasn't shown up after 3 months. I have had PayPal investigating this case now for 2 months..still not resolved. The company gave a tracking number saying it was shipped but when tracked there is no info on it. This is a scam!!!
