myotcstore.comReviews of myotcstore.com

WARNING: Very deceptive practices and very POOR customer service. I ordered 9 boxes of Halls cherry flavored menthols. Each box contains 20 sticks. Each stick contains 9 drops. The image on the website showed a BOX, so that's what I thought I was ordering. However, I received only sticks. Not only did I receive sticks, not boxes, I only received 4 sticks. I paid about $32.00 for 36 cough drops! I've reached out to these people several times to no avail. They're crooks. Based on reviews, this appears to be a common practice. Oddly enough, I was contacted only hours after posting this review. If this is settled properly, I'll update my review and rating.

I received my order when promised. Also my $5.00 discount didn't show up on my invoice so I called them and they refunded it to me promptly.

Order took way too long to deliver with no info in between. Tracking numbers are always useless & don’t even match the order or delivery.

I really like the honey/ginger and honey/ginger/lemon crystal drinks. I like ginger and will have several cups of either combination each day. Delicious!

Product was exactly what I needed and it was delivered very quickly.

Great company to work with. My order was shipped promptly and product was exactly as described. Great communication would order again, and recommend to others.

One bottle of the sunscreen had opened and leaked all over. Tried two times by email and nothing, no answer. Never again

Great price on my item, fast delivery. Thanks so much!
