I found items I hadn’t been able to easily purchase in stores, and they were delivered without a hitch.

I placed my order 4/21 expecting shipping within 3-4 days as noted on their web site. Note the item I ordered was not listed as back ordered. I contacted the vendor via email 4/26 and 5/1 to inquire about the status and request my order be canceled if they are unable to ship. I also attempted to contact the vendor multiple times via phone. Most phone calls were answered by a machine then disconnected -- the voice mailbox was full, so no message could be left. 5/2 I was finally able to speak with a representative on the phone. He indicated that the product I ordered was not yet in inventory -- so I requested my order be canceled and I receive a full refund. The representative informed me that my order was canceled before the call ended. Unfortunately, I have not received any confirmation that my order was canceled, nor have they issued a refund. Again today, I've been unable to reach the vendor via phone. Same issue, picked up by a machine, no opportunity to leave a message. I have reported my issue to PayPal and requested they help me receive a refund as MyOTCStore.com has not been responsive to me. 5/3. This afternoon I finally connect with an agent on the phone. He confirmed my order was canceled and sent a confirmation email. He informed me a refund will be issued in 3 days.

I ordered 20pkgs of Stayfree ultra thin w/wings feminine pads. I received only 16! Order #195278. I would like to have the remaining 4 pkgs sent to me or I want a refund for them! Please contact me to let me know what is going on! Credit or the Pads! Thank-you, Jayne Hayes

I received my package quickly

Spirit of Camphor is hard to come by. The item was shipped and delivered promptly. I was kept up to date on the transport so I knew when to expect it. I am very happy.

Their answering machine is always full. They are full of excuses about why my order is late. Almost a month now. They do respond, eventually to e-mails but just make more excuses. Do not buy anything from this shoddy business if you want to actually get it.

Timing was perfect. Delivery person did not make any mistakes. I am satisfied with the company.

The company advertised Australian Gold oil in not only their words but the picture of the product and what I received was a completely different product which was a bronzer intensifier oil completely different then the picture. I requested a return and they declined it stating the manufacturer changed the image of the bottle but it’s the same original product. I live in Florida and have used the same product for 20 years and on the shelves they have my oil and this intensifier oil so they are not the same nor repackaged. I sent photos of their “advertised” product which matches what I wanted and ordered and a picture of what they sent showing its clearly a different product and again requested a return; they declined and went silent. Be aware that without a return authorization from them they will not accept a return - how convenient. Stear clear of this company unless you want to be stuck with a product they improperly advertised and you are now stuck as they take no responsibility.
