SCAM!!
SCAM.!!! I too bought a 4 week programme from them with a discounted price. But a few weeks later they charged me with a subscription fee which is now recurring. Have been in touch with customer service (Hannah) and they have agreed to cancel all future payments however they will not give me a refund for this subscription… I did not sign up for it!! They say they are willing to give me half of my money back. This is an absolute outrage and a scam. Somebody needs to stop this company. I will be escalating to the appropriate authorities UPDATE: company have contacted me and provided a full refund now.
