Zero stars! I signed up for "No Subscription." I made one order just to try it out. Then they kept sending more orders that I had not ordered. They kept billing my bank account. I kept sending emails demanding that they don't send any more orders; and that they come pick up the orders that were sitting in my building's lobby that I declined to accept. They kept the money and refused to pick up the orders that I declined. I'm talking with my bank to get back the money. I'm contacting the Missouri Attorney General and the Representative for their district. Don't let this happen to you.

Horrible service, food shows up damaged, customer service are jerks and snarky. And even if you cancel, they will still ship you items a week later saying "you may have canceled your subscription, but you didnt cancel the meals"

I tried to cancel way before my first delivery. Nope, they were determined and would not let me out. The box came. The packaging is boring, doesn’t look appealing or appetizing. I did taste one of the meals. So bland, no seasoning. Dull boring food. They better not rope me in again. Don’t want anything to do with this company. Im disputing the charge.

Very disappointing to work with. You can only pause one week at a time and then they will automatically order for you! I wasn't pleased with the meals so wanted to cancel after a week. It took three weeks to get them to stop. Not my first rodeo as we had done factor meals for some time. Just wanted to try something new. We will go back to the no hassle Factor Meals.

Order 610461: We started with this company on meal delivery. On their home page, it states, "Am I locked into a subscription?" and their response starts, "Never. All of our plans are commitment free". Which we took to be if we didn't plan an order, we were "not locked into a subscription". We received an email about a pending delivery on a week we did not select anything, we were being charged for $149.50 and MyMetabolic was charging us for a delivery that THEY picked out a bunch of mess we would not have ordered. After researching what I was supposed to do to skip a delivery, I went to my account page that showed a calendar with pending dates of deliveries, I clicked on a date that I would see if I could skip, and all it did was highlight the date - it was not clear what I had accomplished or if I indeed had skipped the date. Their website is not clear. The food we have received has been good, though portions fall short of competitor Factor75. FOLLOW UP 7-2-24: This how their customer service works: After filing a couple of reviews, their customer service reached out to refund the $149.50, and then deleted my account. I will let future customers draw their own conclusions.

Where do I start? Way too expensive. The meals are bland. The beef strips were full of gristle. The meatballs were mushy. We have thrown away partially eaten meals. Customer service is terrible. We have had to pay for three weeks of meals because of poor customer service. I want my account removed, but so far that hasn't happened.

OMG I tried to order 5 times and each time they declined my card…which is absolutely ridiculous. I have no idea if their food is any good or not because their customer service is so bad I don’t intend to try it! Also don’t like having to order 6 meals whether I want that many or not

I was charged and the food never came. The company's response was to issue a gift card when I asked for a refund. I can't eat a gift card. Avoid them at all costs.
