So far, all has gone well with my Lola subscription. I'm all about as few chemicals as possible, especially when it's a product for my body! Their packaging (both product and shipping) is minimal which I love because it means less waste. And when I had a glitch in billing, their customer service team was on it super quickly and sent me a refund before they even replied to my email. How awesome and caring of a team! I love it. Plus, the pricing for the tampons is totally reasonable for the quality of material we're getting. I'll be a customer for some time to come.

I'm 47. My period has always been heavy, and when I hit 40-ish, pre-menopause caused it to go crazy heavy. I was a dedicated Tampax tampon user and Stayfree Ultra Thin pad user (regular & overnight). I try to be healthy in all aspects of life - no meat or dairy, non-toxic cleaning supplies, filtered water, organic food & body products. So, going organic with tampons & pads is a no brainer, but I was skeptical of how good they would actually be. A friend gave me some from Lola to try and I was hooked immediately. They work as well as Tampax, but without all the junk in them, and therefore in me. In fact, I think I felt better using them, meaning that I wasn't as cramped or yucky feeling. I seriously wonder if the toxins in the other brands were affecting me. I'll stick with Lola now that I know they do the job and are healthier for me. I haven't tried the pads yet, but I suspect they will be great too. Worth the money. Love being able to pick which absorbencies I want in a box. Like being able to turn on or off my subscription without hassle. The communications I've had with the company were top notch. I highly recommend Lola products. (and I'm picky!)

Love the product, love the packaging, easy delivery, and the great company. If you want to support your body health and women in business this is a double win!!

I've been using LOLA for several months and I could not be happier! Having tampons shipped to my door (or office, or anywhere else because the packaging is discreet) is the best automation I could ask for. It saves me time, and the cost is exactly the same as store bought products I was using before. LOLA are made with 100% cotton, so they are safer than many brands - honestly, this was never something I took into account before, but I really appreciate their transparency and their use of natural materials. I also love that you can customize your mix of light, medium, heavy etc. in each box. This means I never have tons of one kind leftover because I had to buy a set amount at the store. Finally, I love the packaging and the branding - it is way better than the ugly pink crap that is marketed to women in stores. I am so happy that I will never have to stop at the store just to pick up tampons again. Thanks LOLA!

The customer service is really next level stuff ladies. Within 24 hours you will have an Email reply. I will admit the applicator needs improving but with a significantly lower health risk than the "over the counter" tampons, I'll gladly make the applicator work. In reply to the woman claiming LOLA slips - I do not share this issue. LOLA stays put and absorbs nicely with no unexplained leaking. Even more importantly; weather your flow is spotting, light or heavy LOLA is extremely comfortable to remove. I'm in the medical field and am raving about LOLA to my peers in hopes this company goes far. LOLA employee's care about our well being and uterine health. Best of luck LOLA.

I wanted to love these, especially since they are organic (I have detox issues) and delivered to my door, but with my recent experiences with them, I'm left saddened. First, the applicator is a pain. It catches and I find myself having difficulty with insertion. Sometimes it comes apart and I have to correct it without the applicator. Now the actual job of these tampon is disappointing too. They don't seem to absorb well or expand. Pardon the gross detail, but they leak long before they fill, so what's the point? Within 20-45 minutes it leaks. I pull out the item and it's not even filling yet thecstring is soaked. One even slid out while I went to the bathroom!!! which was horrifying especially since I'm especially small down there. That has never happened and I'm 37. This isn't my first rodeo. Thankfully I wore liners but the liners were full of blood by the time I went to rescue myself from embarrassment. I'm really really dissapointed. I need safe tampons, but they have to do their job! For the price, they should do better than all the others but I'd rather get the dollar store brand than these. I really wanted to love them but they are over priced, messy and just not effective.

After trying many "healthy" tampons with no success, we are so happy to have found LOLA! They work and are easy to use. Not only that, but the order and delivery service was flawless. Thank you LOLA!!
